responsible for any injury, loss, damage, theft from any vehicles or misfortune caused on the hotel premises.

Property Developers (Pty) Ltd the owner of the property do not accept any responsibility in the event of loss or damage to property and/or injury or death of a person.
Children 12 years and younger must, at all times be accompanied by an adult to all in house activities or
amenities.
No alcohol, food & weapons is permitted in these premises. Alcohol cannot leave
premises, kindly consume it in dedicated areas. Smoking is allowed but also in dedicated areas.
We have animals on site, such as Zebra’s, Blesbok & Horses, please drive slowly.

Use of the swimming pool and all our amenities & facilities are strictly at your own risk.
Children are not allowed to use the swimming pool and all amenities & facilities unless accompanied by an adult.
There is no lifeguard in attendance or tour guide unless arranged prior.
In case of an emergency, please notify reception or management.
Please shower before entering the pool
Please do not use the pool if you have been ill in the last 48 hours or if directed by the doctor.
